Scheduling & Bookings — $29 / month
An on-site calendar booking widget. Visitors pick a time; the widget syncs to your calendar, sends confirmations, and handles reminders.
Works on any plan (Basic, Plus, or Unlimited).
What you get
- A scheduling widget in the builder. Drop it on a service page, a contact page, or a dedicated "Book a call" page.
- Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. Bookings land on your calendar; blocked time on your calendar is unavailable to visitors.
- Service definitions — set up different bookable services (30-min consultation, 60-min discovery call, in-person appointment) with different durations and settings.
- Availability windows — define when you're bookable (weekdays 9am–5pm, Tuesdays only, etc.).
- Automatic confirmations and reminders — sent by email from your verified domain.
- Buffer time — automatic gaps between bookings so you're not slammed with back-to-back appointments.
- Booking notifications — instantly emailed to you when someone books.
What happens when you turn it on
- Your first billing cycle for the add-on starts immediately.
- The scheduling widget appears in your builder's widget library the same day.
- The Scheduling section appears in your portal — this is where you define services and availability.
- Connect your calendar (Google or Microsoft) — takes about a minute.
Once your calendar is connected and at least one service is defined, you can drop the widget on any page and it's live.
What you need to bring
- A Google or Microsoft 365 calendar. Free consumer accounts work.
- Time zone settings — the widget honors your timezone and displays in the visitor's timezone.
- Service durations and settings — how long each type of booking takes, how much buffer between bookings, how far in advance visitors can book.
What it costs, all-in
- Add-on: $29 / month.
- No setup fee, no per-booking fee, no cap on bookings.
Ideas for how to use it
- A consultant or coach booking discovery calls.
- A service provider (photographer, therapist, hairdresser) taking appointment bookings.
- A sales team letting prospects book demos.
- An agency letting clients book time with their account manager.
What's not included (v1)
- Payment at booking — if you want to charge for the booking itself, combine with the Online Store add-on and sell a booking as a product. Native pay-at-booking is coming later.
- Multi-staff round-robin — v1 books to one calendar. If your team needs round-robin distribution to multiple staff, tell us — it's on the roadmap.
- Video call links — Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links are attached automatically when your calendar supports them; Zoom requires a Custom Integration for now.
Turning it off
Cancel any time. The widget stops rendering on the live site the moment the add-on ends. Any bookings already on your calendar stay there — they were on your calendar the whole time, we don't own them.
How to set it up
Step-by-step: Configure scheduling.
