Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your project agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScopeForged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScopeForged from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination
